Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of products and services offered by Infinihash LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Infinihash", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using any Infinihash product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The service

Infinihash provides compliance and identity-verification infrastructure including KYC (document verification), KYT (wallet transaction monitoring), and Billing. We deliver these as APIs and web applications.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older and have legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the service to violate any law or regulation, including sanctions or AML laws.
• Submit other parties' identity documents without lawful basis.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate limits.
• Resell or rebrand our products without a separate written agreement.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the service.

4. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Usage-based fees (per-screen, per-document) are billed in arrears. Refunds are issued at our discretion. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

5. Compliance & data

Infinihash acts as a data processor for customer data and is governed by our Privacy Policy and any executed Data Processing Addendum. You warrant that you have legal basis to submit any personal data to the service.

6. Intellectual property

Infinihash retains all rights to the service, brand, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of your customer data. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the service.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". Infinihash does not guarantee that any sanctions or AML screening will catch every bad actor; results are advisory, not a substitute for human compliance review. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

Infinihash's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for cause (non-payment, breach, fraud). Surviving provisions: Sections 5-10.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming. Enterprise MSAs may negotiate alternative venues.
